With two decades of experience, I've worn many hats, from driving profitability and sales growth, to problem-solving through innovative products and services. My approach is all about starting at the ultimate experience you want to create, then clearly defining what that looks like, integrating a shared purpose, and pointing passionate people at the problem.
My career journey has included working for giants like Target, Gap Inc., and Lululemon, as well as smaller companies and startups
Today, I collaborate with passionate founders, leaders and organizations, tackling complex problems together, finding ways to innovate products, services, and experiences. My passion for mentorship and coaching has evolved into core leadership skills that are indispensable to my work in advisory and board roles.
